Hi, I’m Paula—welcome to Massage & Glow Studio in Palm Harbor, Florida. I opened this boutique studio so I could care for my clients my way, offering curated massage, facial, and head spa services in a calm, unrushed environment. This space was intentionally designed for those who value thoughtful self-care, prefer a warm and elevated atmosphere, and want to see the same provider at every visit—away from the feel of membership-based or franchised spas.

A little about me: I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 1993 and a licensed massage therapist since 1998. My background includes working in the medical field, chiropractic offices, spas, and independently. My approach reflects a balance of therapeutic technique with a spa-focused touch, allowing each service to feel both effective and deeply relaxing.

I’m a Southern girl at heart—born in North Carolina and living in Florida since 1983. Outside the Studio, I love traveling, trying new restaraunts, spending time near the water and enjoying a beautiful sunset - especially with a good margarita. At home I enjoy cooking, unwinding with jigsaw puzzles, knitting and sewing.
